That should work just fine. It's pretty large though, but if that's okay... yes, it will work for a luxeon.

Not from Radioshack that are latching. They have tons of small momentary ones but are pretty lacking in small sized latching switches. I just broke down and ordered some switches because I didn't want to deal with the size. With mediamail it wasn't that bad and they came FAST.

you could use the maul electronics with the maul on/off switch. i think that that switch is more accurate and you would have sound for you obi wan

well it doesnt matter but i cant have darth maul type setup cause of the simple fact that all that wont fit in the top.

oh, yeah, guess your right. the switch is a little bit too low for it too work if you were trying to make it be a perfect replica. if you just wanted it to be close, then it would work fine. the space from the button to the emitter would be a little longer

Make sure when you go smaller, that the switch can take it. I had a really small switch that I hooked up to an el saber a while back and it just couldn't take the power. It kept going on and off at random. It was kinda cool though, to just hold my saber and have it turn on all by itself[:)]

If you find a good switch please share. I to have been looking for one. I really want a rotery one like the Maul saber has though. Im am using the red one for the switch instead of the gold one.

The Maul switch I think mite be the best bet, but I just cant steal a switch from a perfectly good hilt.
