Another Wiring Check

Hi Everyone,

I apologize in advance for starting another thread about wiring, however I've read, and searched, and found the answers to most of my questions, but I can't seem to find an answer to a few small questions that have come up during that research.

So, here's a wiring diagram of what my set up is. I've also attached a photo from this link that is the exact board I want to use.

So my questions are :

1) Is the Latching switch the correct switch?
2) What do I do with the "Cut off switch" wires?

1. All economy hasbro boards use momentary switches. Press once for on- press once for off.

2. I usually just desolder them off the board when I replace all the cheapy thin wires...
