go to Tcss and use the "Contact Us" form.. there are very few of us who can tell you "yes/no" and your safest response comes from the Tcss staff itself. You may want to ask USPS if its even available before asking if they offer it. I hope that helps

can't say for sure, but in my experience when shipping to military addresses at least, the package is scheduled and a week or so later it shows up without the status updating from scheduled for pickup.
