So here's my first saber conversion which I just finished this last night. Its based off of another company's saber. There's no sound and was pre wired. I would have rewired it with a board and different switch, but its too hard to remove their stuff and I didn't want to destroy it just to do that.

Next will be to get some TCSS parts and make a "real" one. I want to get a Hasbro sound board and try my hands on wiring my own. And with it being cheap I won't be so worried if I mess it up.

Looks good - what did you use for sleeve material?

PVC pipe. I wanted to use a sink pipe, but the diameter of the holder is too small and there would have been too great of a gap to fill.

Nice mods although I believe you should be using TCSS parts in order to post.

Sorry, I'll removed who made it. Just thought it would be ok seeing that others have post their PVC sabers. If need be I'll delete the entire post

There's tons of other sabers posted on the forums here that don't use TCSS parts, so I see no issue there.

Good job Andy! you're skills are improving!
