Telum Regalis - A 10W Purple CF 4.3 saber

Hello Fellow Saber nuts! :D

We built this saber for having on display at Celebration V in Orlando this past August and it has been great fun having a CF saber to play with around the shop. Based on the Occasus design we did last year, but with different shroud work and a clean uber polished color scheme. It shares the same sleek 10.5" profile with recessed anti-vandal switch, recessed accent LEDs, and recessed recharge port all bisected by a milled groove in line with the grip slot. The color we got for a blade, while not our signature OSPP©, is a really nice shade of purple more reminiscent of the shade of Mace Windu's saber from the Geonosis arena battle. We used the 10W RGBW on this one and the color mix was slightly different than our other 10W purples. The trade off, was the uber bright, white Flash on Clash (FOC) that was a real attention grabber at C5.

Another awesome saber. Love the emitter shroud with the holes for the recessed LEDs. Just one thing though... it needs more cowbell. ;)

If you have the time, can you post the wiring details for this one, or your multimeter readings at the blue and red LED terminals?

They have their own mix of purple and I doubt he'll share it. Then again I see it's not the usual purple.

Nice work! It does have a lot of familiar features but impressive as usual. Especially all the bling through the grip section. It's also nice to see your wiring. Very well done! Funny thing is I was working on a new saber last night and considering the same milled emitter shroud.

No this isn't our usual purple, but it is very nice. As far as sharing readings or settings and whatnot, I have shared many a time HOW to get purple (or any other mixed color for that matter) the actual shade you like may be different than what we like, so giving you our settings would be largely useless to you. Besides, what fun would it be if you didn't discover it yourself?

Another win for fender. I really like the color scheme on this one. the gold and silver together is not usually my fave but this one pulls together nicely. the overlay atop the grenade section gives it that fast, aggressive look. a great saber to own!

Every time you build a purple saber it makes me want to start building one :) at least a true one without the white LED+filter. Its so beautiful, the colors you have created with those LEDs.
