I just got my new shipment of parts for my second saber and everything is great except for one little thing. I'm using an illuminated latching AV switch in this saber and it is placed in the ribbed section of one of Tim's ribbed grooved choke combos. The slight problem I have is that the switch bottoms out in that section and so I end up with the actual button part of the switch sticking about 3/8 an inch out of the hole instead of being flush or nearly flush. Obviously I can't really fix this problem, but does anyone have any advice on how to hide it so the threads aren't visible?

Would one of those help? And/or you can make a taller one if needed out of tubing.

The only thing I can think of is a sinktube overlay on that part...

do you have a pic of where on the choke the latching switch is mounted?

switch bezel from the store or a overlay may help out

Thanks for the suggestions about the bezel. I think that might work for what I need. I don't have a pic handy but the switch is mounted at the bottom of the ribbed part of the choke, just above the threads.
