Well TorLin, since you put the quote in to a topic and not a PM or e-mail I am going to guess that you want us all to bang around ideas to get this thing done.

My first question is what color are you wanting to make the blades blue or purple? Royal Blue would be pretty spiffy coming out of that staff and that would take care of the slits on each side as well.

What I see is the little m/m connecter with your choice of MHS hilts or extensions to get the desired length topped off with the blade holder #7 and from there you would just have to create the cresent pieces which shouldn't be to much of a problem.
