Cool!...very resourceful. It would be nice to see larger pics and more info on how you built it. There's obviously a lot of parts and work that went into it.

(emitter end)
i used a 12" piece of 1.5 sinktube.i cut it in half
then used my handy graflex template for the emitter end.i used my dremel the cut the opening for the crystal chamber.the knobs i used from anakin saber parts.the emitter ears are hand cut from sheet metal.end a few allen screws for detail.
(crystal chamber)
1" pvc pipe cut 6" long, then from the top i measured down about 1 3/4" and cut a hole 2" X 1".to hold the crystal i used two pieces of 1/2" brass tube.held by a locking shaft collar(found at your local hardware)i had to drill a hole for the LED wires to pass through to reach the soundboard in the handle.the LED is mounted on the top of the chamber.i wrapped electrical around the pvc to fill in the space for the 1.5 sinktube.
