Painted myself.

Blade:
TCSS 1" Thin blade, 30" Length, Quad Wrap, Bullet Tip

It needs a name... it's wielder is a Jedi... that likes to 'bend' the rules (sounds familiar heh!?).

Naming your saber is like naming a perfume.

Thats all i can think of

Looks fantastic, the paint job really makes it stand out. Also, I´m a fan of yellow/orange/amber blades.

What did you paint it with?

What did you paint it with?

The black with Krylon Black (Plastic paint but it stick on ANYTHING).
The gold is Rustoleum Metallic Gold Rush.
Automotive grade clearcoat.

3 thin coats of paint, 2 coats of clearcoat over the course of a day. Then let it completely cure for a couple days.

It will scratch/wear off under HEAVY usage, but i had the paint around and i figured why not, instead of bothering Tim with anodizing.

For a more glossy black, i'm going to try Ford Mustang Black (i got a can left over after doing some emergency 'repair' on my rear bumper...). It's a darker/glossier black.

for a jedi that likes to bend the rules:
Impudence
Convenience
Corruptible
Misdemeanor
Moving Violation
Hair Splitter
okay, maybe not the last one ;)

Nice job. Paint can be very durable with the right primer, paint, clearcoat and baking of each coat.

I know I was just wondering which resistor you used with that setup, significantly with that LED? :)

I honestly forgot, i think it was a 3.3, but it might be a 2.2.

SeoulP4 are VERY bright compared to LUX III.

Thanks, it was a very quick setup/pic lol

That one was shot with my Nikon D3. I also use a D300, especially for macro.
