Is this basically a roll of what comes in a polycarbonate blade?

Can it be applied on the inside of other clear plastics, like acrylic?

How big is it?

I'm looking at trying to create a non-blade weapon, namely Rain's scythe from the game Plasma Sword:

Thanks!

Yes, it can be applied, but I don't think you'd get good results with that kinda blade.

It's what makes the "Corbin" style blade with the "core effect" and it's 40" long. You unroll it, then re-roll it width wise.

I don't think it would work so well with an acrylic tube. I also don't know how it would work if you're thinking about using it as a diffuser behind a flat piece of clear plastic.

If the lighting effect you want is similar to a Gundam plasma scythe,

..then I think you would be able to do it using Electroluminescent (EL) sheet.
