I think he's mistaking the acronym... ID means Inner Diameter in this case.

Didn't jtsteph do a conversion and post the specs already?

Countdown why don't you just e-mail or PM Tim about getting one done custom if you already have a maul, otherwise buy a maul from Tim and see if he would convert it for you.

What is too expensive? If you already have a Maul FX then your looking at the cost of the blade holders. If you haven't contacted Tim how in the heck could you know what the price is? Tim's conversion pieces may not be the cheapest thing going but they damn sure are some of the best and this forum is about what? Oh yeah TCSS[}:)]

no what i mean is he told me he will give me alot of money to convert it, and he said the cheaper things turn out the more $$$$ he will give me!

dude u dont understand my friggin point!, MY FRIEND GAVE ME 80 DOLLARS BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD COST 80 BUCKS FOR ALL PARTS, THEN IT CAME OUT TO BE ONLY 50 BUCKS SO HE TOLD ME THAT HED GIVE ME ALOT OF MONEY FOR IT, I NEVER TOLD HIM A HIGH PRICE B4 I CONVERTED IT!!!!!!!!

Understood... I thought he said this: "I'll give you more money for the cheaper you do it." Which absolutely makes no sense as he'd be paying more either way...

How about instead of pocketing it you look for little stuff that will help the conversion. Look for reflective film to put at the base of the blade, etc... I don't know, but giving less profit may make people come to you more which means more profit in the long run.[:)]
