Li-Ion PCB Question

I just received my order and I am super excited to re-build my saber. I am going to build a 7.4V Li-Ion pack and i got the PCB with my order. I just want to be sure about something. What is the lead coming off the board with the disconnect? Is it the power output from the board? Is it some kind of input? I'm lost on it and i don't want to jack something up. Hope one of you guys has an answer for me.

Power output is the P- and P+

Negative of one battery goes on B-, Positive of the other battery goes on B+. BM is the "common" pad, the positive from the B- battery, and negative from the B+ battery both get soldered to that pad. That's the way Strydur explained it in the Shoutbox one day.

I understand all of that but i have a different one than the diagram and spec sheet shows. The pads are arranged a little differently and it has a connector with a red and black lead coming from it. I believe it is a fuel gauge hook up but i am not certain. I found a gauge on batteryspace.com and boards with fuel gauge hookups. Am i right about this?
