Calling all sabersmiths wanted: Basic led saber

I am willing to pay for a sink tube lightsaber with a LUX III-V LED,a switch, a blade holder, a removeable pommel for alkaline or rechargeable batteries. Oh, and a battle blade. As much as it pains me,my max $ limit is $70 as i already have to pay a hefdy shipping fee.
