Decided my PVC deserved to be rebuilt with sound, so this is my 1.25" sinktube Sith Samurai Mk 2

It has:

1.25" sink tube with TCSS blade holder (hidden set screw)
red 3w led - 5 degree lens
the force action board that was in my mhs (dark element in sig, got a green goblin for that - full rebuild coming soon).
TCSS 1" thick wall blade with bullet tip (will be adding some poly gift wrap for more even blade illumination)
4 AAA pack
5v reed relay setup (will be updating to pnp transistor setup)
little red momentary switch
RC Flywheel for pommel insert
Force Action speaker in pommel (freaking loud and bassy)
Needle Bearing Housing (Hub Bearing - i think) on emitter end

I will be changing the the swing and clash sensors to the ones from the store as they are really bad and probably adding some accent leds and what not.

My sabers are more for display in my theatre room so they will never see any dueling or costuming therefore i don't bother with D-rings or CT wheels, i just want to get my hands on some more display stands. Or make some myself which is more fulfilling!

Hope you like it I tried to stay true to the original design and linked the thread below for comparison

Hey... I'm quite sure that the prop department used a wheel something-or-other for the emitter on the Yoda saber.

Nice upgrade, BK

Just put 4aaa ni-mh rechargeables in this baby (900mah) and the blade got twice as bright and now it's disturbingly loud... Just wish I could get some decent freaking soundcards to power my babies up.
