I have been working on this for the last few months. Its good to finally have some inspiration back again.
I went with the Cyan Luxon as I am planing on building a ESB Luke lightsaber, and it would be a bit boring with two blue lightsabers based on the Graflex.

Replica Graflex. Modified Blade socket from "that other shop". MR Ankin Sound board. Cyan Luxon III Star.

Pretty satisfied with the end result.

Very nice ANH graflex, but you are missing the mylar tape to cover the graflex text on the clamp. (If you want to have very accurate one) I don't personally like the mylar tape, and would keep it as it is.

That cyan looks very green-ish on the last pic? Is it really this green or is this just camera effect?

Did you go with rechargeables or just basic alkaline?
The switch seems to be very well hidden, cause I can't see it in these pics. Where is it?

(Pics of internal wiring would be awesome ;))

Thanks.
I don't really like the mylar tape and decided to just leave it out. It just looks better without it.
Sadly, the cyan is really green, even more green in real life than on the pictures. But as I mentioned earlier, it would just be silly with two almost identical blue lightsabers.

It is set up to accept rechargeable batteries, with a recharge port and everything, but is just running on on ordinary batteries now.
The main power button is in the red button. There is a momentary button installed beneath the red button, witch is the connected to a pololu power switch.

I'm missing a few screws inside the saber, but I'll post a picture as soon as it gets fixed.

Nice saber. I like it. I hope to build another saber soon. The first Luke saber was abit greenish so this matches, then it did turn to blue in ESB. Just wondering, would there be a way to do a Luke saber from the MHS or would it be better to just buy a graflex hilt? And if I do that, how do I hold the electronics in? I plan on getting the Luke ANH/ESB graflex hilt from the shop if they get anymore in, would be cool to have one.
