Adi Gallia/Shaak Ti style emitter?

First of all, apologies if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it.

I've heard it's possible to get the blade holders here modified for a fee. If so, how would I go about getting a #16 modified so that it looks more like Shaak Ti or Adi Gallia's saber?
And would I be able to get only part of it powder coated?

I think you meant the #18 bladeholder? Something similar to that should be able to be custom modified from an #18 by machining away the forward angle of the 'bulge' to produce a flat face, then adding a groove in the remaining thick area...why not ask Strydur if he would do that for you?
