These are my latest two sabers. They're called The Dark Father, and The Light Son. The Dark Father has a red p4 and the new translucent blade stock with 5' of celophane in it. The Light Son has a white luxIII in it and the same for the blade. I would've gotten a white p4 but the shop was out when I placed my order, and my boy wanted a white saber. I tried to talk him into green but he wanted white.

I gotta say, I'm not usually a fan of pvc at all, and these are pretty sick...

Nice...I'm curious to know how you're doing these. Maybe you should do a build thread/ tutorial. You should really use photobucket or something to post your pics with though.

Thank you everbody. The main part of the hilts are 1" PVC and the shroud parts are
1 1/4" PVC. The pommels are male and female electical PVC threaded connecters with 3/4" end caps glued inside the male connecter. The grips are black nylon cord that I got from Gander Mountain, a camping and fishing store. I put together 2 double AAA battery holders from Radio Shack so I can fit 4 AAA's into the saber. On these sabers I used the aluminum luxeon star heat sink from the store for the leds. On The Dark Father I trimmed down 2 wood inserts and used set screws to hold the heat sink in place. The nylon wrapping covers them. On The Light Son I put a scrap piece of blade stock inside the hilt and the heat sink sits right on top of it. The screws and inserts I used on the shround right above the grip are also holding that scrap piece of blade in place inside the hilt. I also used a scrap piece of blade as a blade stop for these sabers.
Again, I have to thank Jay Gon for his PVC tutorial. His thread is what I base all my PVC builds from. That's why I haven't done a build thread, I wouldn't feel right doing it. Thank you again everyone for the positive feedback.

Those are some gorgeous sabers. Do they have sound or just stunt?
