Here is my 2nd saber, Caedes which is latin for carnage. Its all MHS parts with a sink tube shroud. It has a lux3 red, US 2.5 and 4.8v nimh in hilt recharge system. I'm pretty proud of this saber, took me several months of planning and working on the shroud cutouts to get them where I was finally satisfied with it. Hope you all enjoy. Link to a video of it too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXdY5559Udw

Outstanding work! I must learn the patience to wait and plan. I wasted most of the dat trying to force something to work on my daughter's saber that just won't. :-(

Awesome work on the overlay. I think the black grooves in the hilt make it look to busy and take away from the great work on the overlay. Other than that a great looking saber.

Excellent saber overlay and saber, but I do agree with Rhyen, the black grooves do take away from the intricacy of the overlay.:p:cool:

That's brilliant, dude. I love the box near the bottom, it's not done that often. I'm not so sure about the strips removing intricacy, I think it looks pretty cool.

That's amazing. Absolutely killer. The overlay with those particular MHS parts looks completely BA.

That overlay is insane! I just tried my first and realized I dont have the steady hand or patience to do it. Damn fine job! Btw how long is that bad boy? And great placement of the switch box.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! :D

@Marius423 The saber is just a little over 13", very evenly balanced too
