Ok ok, I may not be a new guy...but i still am paranoid about missing things on my order...so here goes

Couple of things to note:

This is for my wife so the Hilt is going to be smaller as is the blade.
I hold the pommel insert in with glue
I have a MR FX Obi I am gutting for sound thus the latching switch

Good call on the list..I'm the same way. When you're ordering from away you wanna be sure you don't overlook or miss anything. I often add in a few just in case items when I can.

blade retention screw
covertec or d-ring maybe

Since you're making your own blade maybe trying a mirror for a 3/4" blade to let light out around to the tip. I have a bunch of them but haven't tried it yet.

Are you planning any overlays? I must say the MHS sleeve material is really nice to work with and the sinktubes here are the best quality I've seen for a great price.
