I know these are like right out the gate, but how do they compare to say an ultra edge blade? I find that the ultra edge blades are nice, but whiten the true led color too much and sanding regular blades just doesn't do it for me. Would love to hear some feedback.

Hopefully people will test these out soon. They are the same or close to the special white I sold in 1" thick walled. They are not stark white like a Ultrablade.

I'll be curious to know what these look like as Makoto style blades. If anyone tries it, be sure to let us all know.

I am curious how this works as a diffusion method... Put like 6 ft of PolyP in it? or is it not enough diffusion?

Maybe he couldn't get the right plastic to make the tips?

I believe they are machined, not molded. At least I believe the bullet tips are.

I suppose it's possible that he makes them but can't find polycarb. rod in a translucent whit to make them from.

Too much. 3-4' is plenty in these.;)

Cool, thanks for the tip! I figured it would act kind of like its own blade film.

No, white blades, while they make for a "full" looking blade and the "white" does diffuse the light of the LED, it doesn't reflect the light back and forth inside the tube. This is the purpose of the film. Also, if you've ever tried an UltraEdge without film, it has "splotches" in the extrusion that will show through. With the film, it seems to get rid of this.

oh i meant blade film rather than PolyP, is that what you were referring to?

To me, blade film = Poly P.

I don't think that would have much point, being used with those blades.

And thus my post ;) I never like to act like i know what i'm talking about if i'm not 100% sure, felt foolish way too many times for that. Thanks guys for your expert opinions, i might just give one of these a try-ola :D

Got mine and put a few feet of shrink wrap in it. In my opinion i like them better than the ultrablades. The white does whiten some of the true led color but not as much as the ultrablades. They light evenly and all the way to the edge. Oh and the most important part to me...they fit in the blade holders perfectly with out sanding or any modificaitons. I still think a thin walled clear blade with Ultrafilm is the best looking lux blade out there, but for my uses (dueling and durrability) These are my new favorite. Thanks Tim...great product as usual.

Are these going to be offered as completed blades also? They look like a superior choice to the Ultra Edge, and I hate sanding finished blades down to fit the blade holders.
