It is very normal for MR to ask their highest "list" price. If they didn't, and sold cheap, no one would act as a reseller for them. Who would buy from a "Joe Nobody" if the manufacturer itself had it cheaper? Now mind you all, "Tim Somebody" is NOT a "Joe Nobody" and he could ask for higher prices than he does. It's just that he's such a nice guy he never wants anybody to feel like they didn't get the best possible deal.
