switch modification

Well, I am a fan of doing the impossible so here goes. I want to use the gold plated AV switch. The issue is i need a latching switch as I am building with an FX soundboard and Tim doesn't have one. Does anyone know a way I can make this switch work?

I apologize in advance because I know this has probably already been addressed, but I am only allotted 20 minutes at a time online and that makes REAL research incredibly difficult.
