Hooking up a switch

I'm replacing the main body on my MHS saber and I need to know how to remove a guarded style switch. I don't have any tools for soldering and I'm curious if I'm going to have to disconnect to switch from the soundboard to make the switch between main bodies.

Since you're asking this, that probably means you didn't originally build your saber. If you had, think would be self-evident.

You are going to have to do some desoldering of wires, either at the switch or the board, since the guarded switch has the nut on the inside of the hilt.
